Whilst it's a slightly clumsy way of doing it what I don't understand is why certain models of TV need a response from a particular server. A menu will show choose option then factory reset if the tv dont shut by itself close it and restart it. Hope this helps. So, here is my description of the issue I'm experiencing and I apologize for not using correct language. My firmware version listed in menu/support/contact samsung is T-MST10PDEUC-2004,1 BT-G and in the software update screen it shows current version 002004. Anyway, I've tried all the solutions on offer - off/on, manual DNS, reset, accessing an update through the TV menu (although it tells me there are no updates). Advertisement Autoplay When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next. No communication with Samsung possible, no statement on their website. Sony and Samsung devices easily connected to the Internet using the built-in browser.

I thought the problem was because I had rebooted our Virgin Media wireless network Super-Hub. my TV can connect to the router fine but during the setup it says their is no internet connection. It has a wired connection to my BT Infinity router, up until this morning it was working fine when accessing the smart hub, Netflix etc. The TV is communicating though wify and running but not connecting to internet.What should be done?
