This helps us to configure the network and IIS setting correctly. If not then create DisableLoopbackCheck as described in the kb.

Please strictly follow KB 829114 for reinstallation of SharePoint companyweb (with SBS 2003 SP0 CD3 inserted). 2. RE: SBS 2003, http://companyweb not working. However companyweb and sharepoint central admin are not working at all, even when I try to browse from IIS! Make sure you've installed this update before you try using the SBS setup option for maintenance on Sharepoint services company web site.
