It worked well. An event in the logs from "MSExchange RPC Over HTTP Autoconfig" source indicated that the settings for Outlook Anywhere had been updated, setting it back to Basic only! It seems that because of the memory use for Exchange and SQL exceeds what is generally available, things get a little messy. Is was a "recommended" update. For the most part, most of my clients are on SBS 2011 so we have a good 3+ years without having to change anything, but I've got a couple on SBS Fatal error during installation. I had this problem on several new Pcs that we bought for the office and I couldnt figure this out for a while.

Not too sure with sharepoint, there may be an option on its' interface but you can't limit resources per application from the server side.
