How to enable/install the same discovery method. For client installation to succeed you need name resolution and IP verificaiton working correctly. Thanks guys. Not a solution really, more a work-around. To discover the operating system, you must enable an alternative method of discovery, such as Active Directory System Discovery. After installing SCCM 2012 successfully it discovered only 40 machines instantly and all the users( 2505 ) in AD.
