The time now is 12:05 PM. All those lights you mention recieve power from the same place! It seems like other threads about it suggest it to be more of a headlight issue (not tail/dash lights). I did check to see if connecting the SPM to the switches and firing the relay connects pins 1 & 2 and it does not which from this diagram it should...
