I have no idea what's going on. Then go to the Build->Scripts->Reset scripts (I think this is what it sayse, but I don't remember atm). You can also trigger this by dropping a new animation into it or taking one out that is in it.(AKEYO's AOs are my favorite brand. I must have triggered something by accident that disabled them but I have no idea what.
I think that the AOs and the difficulty moving are telling you that there's a connection problem or that you have another program interfering with SL on your computer. That means the land you're in won't let you run scripts, so no HUD's will work, and neither will any scripted attachments. Inside the folder, locate the notecard which defines the AO. HUDs are normally very small when rezzed in-world, and can be hard to see if you are not cammed in.

This version does not launch a HUD when you wear it and never has, which is what I prefer.Yesterday it stopped listening and I've no idea why. Multiple AOs can be loaded, and you can switch from one to another simply by selecting the set within the Firestorm AO. You need to attach your AO on a land that allows to run scripts.

Absent an AO, the avatar will use basic default Linden-defined animations. Up/Down Arrows: moves the currently selected animation up or down in the list, thus changing the order in which the animations are played in the animation group. All I had to do was unpack and drag all animations and notecards into the one, and the scripts did the rest. I have tried multiple viewers, and I have been a resident for years in SL. I have tried to reset to default av and I have tried the rebake option I have tried to take everything off and try all over again and nothing works.
